1- About the page

This webpage has not taken as reference to the higher schizoid but to the schizoid of intermediate level.

Has been written in the first place about those being affected, but also

thinking in the health professionals and relatives of those being affected.

The primary purpose of the page is to help those who have access to it to clarify their personal situation and to help them understand the phenomenon classified as schizoid by DSM-IV and ICD-10.

This is a personal page. Behind it there stands neither any public nor any private firm or organization.

The owner has not received any funding from anyone.

There is no commercial interest.

This page does not intend to be a substitute for the therapist.

The author will respect the confidentiality of data that might come to him.

All mail that arrives after read and answered, it is destroyed.

The fundamental basis of the explanations, advices, evaluations and guidelines exposed on the page, is the result of the experience and preparation of the author himself.

The owner, webmaster and author of this page is

Mikel Martinez Anton, graduated in psychology by the Spanish State and affected himself.

Schizoid intermediate level from childhood on, he was placed in a catholic boarding school from 12 to 25 years; then he graduated in Psychology at the University Complutense of Madrid (Spain)

His condition has always been a source of discomfort.

Married, no children.

Diagnosed schizoid in 5 times for medical diverse teams between 1993 and 2002.

At the age of 52 he retired because of chronic fatigue.

He lives in the city where he has born: Bilbao (Spain)

His large experience of a life as a schizoid lies on the base of this page.
