Pure schizoids
Some experts – as T. Millon
- distinguish between disorder and style.
The
word disorder is used exclusively to refer to pure schizoid.
When
referring to the schizoid medium or low use the word style.
So
Schizoid Personality Style refers to the intermediate and low schizoid.
Pure schizoid reaches the highest levels in
all features that define the schizoidism.
We can say that a pure schizoid suffers a personality disorder.
These are people
without emotion, living with total lack of happiness, pleasure and even with fear.
Their faces are
expressionless and their speaking
monotonous. They seem unable to express with emotional nuances.
They can have
difficulties in speaking about emotions, because they have never experienced
this emotion and
don’t guess what others can feel. They remain apathetic
and separated from everything.
Those are never
motivated for anything and their lives haven’t got any sense.
The interpersonal
dialogue hasn’t got sense for them. They don’t talk to anybody.
Those pure schizoids
appear very rarely in real life.
This website does
not talk regarding pure schizoids, but
intermediate schizoids instead,
who have some emotion
and sociability levels where many details can be seen,
a space between
the ordinary-introverted to the limits of autism-schizophrenia.
So, this page
talks primarily about people with Schizoid
Personality Style.
